Meet The Breakin Khainz Leadership Team

Founder Dominique McGee

Breakin Khainz is a survivor-led nonprofit organization that has quickly established itself as a force to be reckoned with. While relatively new, we are not new to the important work we do. Our founder, Dominique McGee, is an expert in lived experience and has collaborated with numerous organizations to combat the devastating injustices that plague our society.

Dominique has not only trained potential partners and allies, but she has also equipped them with the knowledge and tools needed to establish trauma-informed care systems. Additionally, she has been a fierce advocate in the anti-human trafficking movement and has tirelessly worked to uplift other survivors in our communities.

The inception of our organization can be attributed to Dominique's remarkable personal growth and intellectual achievements. Through her mentorship and educational journey with Twelve 11 Partners, Elevate Academy, Amnesty International, and other esteemed institutions, she has honed her skills and expertise. It is her unwavering commitment to closing the service gap in our most underprivileged and marginalized communities that drives our organization forward. We are determined to confront these heinous injustices in a manner that aligns with Dominique's exceptional path and growth.

In conclusion, Breakin Khainz is a professional and dynamic organization that stands at the forefront of the fight against injustice. With Dominique McGee's leadership teams and expertise, we are dedicated to making a lasting impact in our communities and creating a more equitable society for all.

Furthermore, Breakin Khainz understands that the fight against injustice requires not only passion and dedication, but also strategic planning and collaboration and consistent resources and services. We believe in the power of partnerships and actively seek to work with like-minded organizations and individuals who share our vision for a fair and just society and are willing to invest in building better futures within their own capacities. By joining forces, we can amplify our impact and create meaningful change on a larger scale. Together, we can challenge systemic inequalities, advocate for marginalized communities, and promote policies that prioritize equality and justice. Our commitment to this cause is unwavering, and we will continue to push boundaries, challenge norms, and inspire others to join us in this important mission.

" Real great leaders reach back and develop other leaders along their path, so I reach back for as many people as I can."-Dominique McGee
