We are thrilled to announce that we have made significant progress in our shoe collection campaign, with an impressive total of 14 bags collected. As we approach the final stretch of our efforts, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the members of our community who have generously donated their old and used shoes to support our cause. Through your contributions, we are actively working towards building brighter futures for survivors of abuse and trauma, as well as at-risk youths and young adults in underserved communities.
By joining our fundraising endeavors, you have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in a truly creative and remarkable way. Our aspiring young leaders will be hosting a BBQ Event on September 30th, from 11 am to 4:30 pm, at Lincon Park , 979 Grenshaw St, Houston, TX 770088. We invite you to bring along your old shoes and join us for a day filled with fun and giving back. Let's work together to reach our goal of collecting 400 pairs of shoes at this event!
To participate, simply gather your friends and family, and collect all the old and worn shoes you can find. Bag them up and bring them to the event for donation. Your efforts in giving back and making a difference within our community are truly commendable, and we sincerely appreciate your support. We would also like to extend a special shout-out to Mrs. Shar McCall, Nikia Vistial, and Mrs. JoAnn Hosey as well as all the other individuals who have already contributed to our cause.
